LoLa Properties is a real estate investment company that serves to generate profitable returns by creating affordable housing opportunities in neighborhoods with diverse economic sectors. 

Our business strategy relies on identifying several features in neighborhoods and communities that have traditionally resulted in high rental demands. Post Covid, the continuing trend of remote work has allowed for growth in up-and-coming neighborhoods as younger professionals relocate to smaller metropolitan areas with a substantially lower cost of living. This in turn has fostered a diverse workforce and income streams in these neighborhoods. 

LoLa Properties was established to honor the family’s matriarch, Lola (grandma). Lola’s many contributions to her  community included academic scholarships, housing and financial support to individuals and families. She uplifted many, all while raising our co-founder —her youngest— as a single mother.
